Anxiety & Depression
Depression and anxiety are something most people experience some of the time. But for some people, it’s how they feel most of the time. Sometimes it’s to the extent that you may not even know that you’re feeling anxious or depressed until it comes to a point where you’re no longer able to effectively cope with it. You may have been feeling anxious or depressed so much of the time that you may not realize that you don’t have to feel that way.
You may have found ways to cope with your symptoms that are no longer working. Or perhaps something new has come up that is causing you distress and you’re not sure how to deal with it.
